A plain and simple new years resolution for me…..I’m going to try and eat an apple a day!

I’m quite a fussy fruit eater at heart and this year I want to make better in-roads into having a healthy diet.

I’m told that:

  • Apples are rich in vitamin c
  • They have enzymes that help digest protein
  • A soluable fibre, again good for digestion
  • Rich in beta-carotene, iron and pectin
